At Celebration Gifts we place customer satisfaction
at the top of our priority list and make every effort to ensure that
your item(s) arrive in pristine condition and that your order is correct.
In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your purchase,
then the following applies.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If the item(s) you have ordered do not meet your requirements they can
be returned to us within seven days of purchase and a full refund of
the purchase price will be made providing they are received by us in
their original condition. However, please note delivery costs will only
be refunded if the item(s) supplied are defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Defective or damaged item(s) can be returned within seven days of purchase
- providing they are in their original condition - at no expense to
you. We shall offer either a replacement or full refund the cost of
the item(s) purchased and the relevant postage cost of both sending
to you and returning to us. Notification must be given within three
days of delivery by either email or telephone.
Faulty Goods
If an item(s) is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer
a replacement or credit. Notification must be given to us within three
working days of delivery by either email or telephone.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
On the rare occasions this happens we offer a full refund or replacement
of the correct goods, on return of the item(s) in question. Notification
must be given to us within three working days of delivery by either
email or telephone.
Multiple Orders
If only one item from a multiple order is found to be defective or damaged,
then a pro-rata sum will be calculated and refunded to you.
Method of Posting
Please ensure that item(s) are suitably packaged and for your own protection,
we would recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery when
returning item(s) to us.
Refunds
If you have paid by Credit or Debit card your card will be refunded
within thirty days of receipt of the returned item(s). You will receive
an email advising you when the item(s) have been received by us. If
you have paid by cheque you will receive a refund cheque within thirty
days.
Return Notes
Please ensure that you include a note with your returned item(s) clearly
stating your own name and address and date of purchase and our order
reference number. Also include details of your reason for returning
the item(s). Please also include your email address so that we can notify
you when returned item(s) are received by us.
